LSR

LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is a two-component liquid silicone compound being used for injection molding. The components A & B (1:1 mix ratio) are fed simultaneously to an injection-molding machine for the production of parts. The addition cure silicone rubber generally vulcanizes within a short time. It enables automated production of a large number of articles. The two-component, easily mixed and quickly heat-cured LSR materials can help extend design possibilities for small parts, intricate designs, and high precision. Key features of cured LSRs include good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to weathering, extreme temperatures and aging.
