To protect printed circuit boards and related equipment from their environment. LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is a two-component liquid silicone
compound being used for injection molding. The components A & B
(1:1 mix ratio) are fed simultaneously to an injection-molding
machine for the production of parts. The addition cure silicone
rubber generally vulcanizes within a short time. It enables
automated production of a large number of articles.

HTV Silicone rubber can be fabricated by compression molding, extrusion and calendaring. It provides excellent properties such as heat resistance, flame retardancy, weatherability, moisture protection, and low compression set. They are easy to process and keep their elastomeric properties even in extreme environments. There are two types of peroxide and platinum curing HTVs.

The silicone foam is a two-part type of silicone RTV. It has the features of excellent fireproof, flood-sealing, and ventilation-sealing. It is designed to set up fire walls and fireproof zones in case of fire break. The rapid blocking of fire spread and toxic gases is critical to save lives and lessen damages.
